Marais des Cygnes Valley Parent & Students:
Hello! I am the new superintendent at USD456, Marais des Cygnes Valley. I have been on duty since July 1st and have met several school staff and district patrons and I am impressed with the entire community and school commitment. Hopefully, I will get the chance to meet more parents and patrons throughout the school year.
I just wanted to make all parents aware of this year’s student drop off/pick up zone which is similar to last year. Please drop off/pick up on the South end of the main building at Melvern Jr/Sr High School. The students will then load/unload the buses which this year will be parked on the East side of the main building. I have included a map of the school for reference. School begins this Thursday, August 15th !
